Christine Loh will discuss how Hong Kong people can reposition themselves after Covid-19 and the national security legislation so that Hong Kong could “rise again from the ashes”. Loh believes Hong Kong people have the capabilities and experience to meet tough challenges. The current situation is complex, as it relates to local anxieties, national security and worsening US-China conflict.
